Treesera provides digital marketing, website development, software solutions, and branding services to professionals across India. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this document. All services are provided as described in the agreed proposal or quotation.
All payments are to be made as per the agreed proposal or invoice issued by Treesera. Treesera reserves the right to pause or discontinue services in case of non-payment beyond the agreed due date. Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis as per the terms agreed at the time of engagement.
Sales Representatives earn a 25% commission on confirmed and fully paid deals only. Commission is calculated on the net payment received from the client and is processed within 7 working days of client payment confirmation. Treesera reserves the right to modify commission rates with prior notice to active sales partners.
All designs, code, creative work, and digital assets produced by Treesera for a client become the property of the client upon receipt of full and final payment. Prior to full payment, all work-in-progress materials remain the intellectual property of Treesera.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and timely feedback required for the completion of services. Delays caused by the client in providing required materials may affect delivery timelines, and Treesera shall not be held responsible for such delays.
Treesera's liability in any circumstance is limited to the value of the service fees paid by the client for the specific service in question. Treesera is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
